Delivery to any place in and around Gauteng we charge R150. For all other areas outside Gauteng, we have a flat rate of R250. Should you decide to collect your canvas prints from our facilities, we only charge you R100 for Packaging.

Canvas special accepts PNG, JPG, TIF and BMP files with no size restrictions. If you are trying to upload any file format and the system happens to reject your file, please contact us for assistance and instructions.

Our turn around time is between 5 to seven working days.

For all online orders, we use Payfast to process your payment. Payfast is secure, and the most trusted payment processor in South Africa, which uses end to end encryption. That means nobody will see your confidential information. Alternatively, you can do a direct bank transfer which is even safer. And yes your Data is protected.

After you place the order, our team will review your order and send you a copy of the order to confirm if everything is correct before we proceed for printing.

The size you order is the size your canvas prints will be, the print size is calculated by how the edge of your canvas is wrapped around. This is mainly accurate where the image is wrapped around all edges.
